1. Taraflar ve Kabul

Bu Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi ("Sözleşme"), Trafik Sucu Simulator mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") geliştiricisi ile Uygulama'yı indiren ve kullanan son kullanıcı ("Kullanıcı") arasında akdedilmiştir. Uygulama'yı indirmeniz, kurmanız veya kullanmanız bu Sözleşme'nin tüm hükümlerini kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulama'yı kullanmayınız ve cihazınızdan kaldırınız.

2. Lisans

Geliştirici, Kullanıcı'ya Uygulama'yı kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçla, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan ve geri alınabilir bir lisans kapsamında kullanma hakkı verir. Bu lisans, Uygulama'nın Apple App Store kuralları çerçevesinde indirilmiş kopyası ile sınırlıdır.

3. Ücretlendirme ve Satın Alma

  • Uygulama, Apple App Store üzerinden tek seferlik ücretli (premium) olarak sunulmaktadır.
  • Uygulama içinde reklam yoktur.
  • Uygulama içinde uygulama içi satın alma (IAP) yoktur.
  • İade ve geri ödeme talepleri Apple App Store'un kendi politikalarına tabidir.

4. Veri ve Gizlilik

  • Uygulama, Kullanıcı'dan kişisel bilgi toplamaz, saklamaz veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz.
  • Tüm oyun verileri (ilerleme, ayarlar, kayıtlar) yalnızca Kullanıcı'nın cihazında yerel olarak saklanır.
  • Apple Game Center liderlik tablosu ve başarımlar için yalnızca Apple Game Center kimliği kullanılır; bu veriler Apple'a aittir ve Apple gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
  • Çökme raporları ve anonim kullanım istatistikleri için Firebase Analytics kullanılabilir; toplanan veriler kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir nitelikte değildir.

5. Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri

Kullanıcı, Uygulama'yı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanmayı kabul eder. Aşağıdaki davranışlar yasaktır:

  • Uygulama'nın kaynak kodunu çözümlemek (reverse engineering), parçalara ayırmak veya değiştirmek.
  • Uygulama'yı kopyalayarak yeniden dağıtmak, satmak veya kiralamak.
  • Hile yazılımları, otomasyon veya benzeri araçlarla oyun mekaniğini manipüle etmek.
  • Apple App Store kullanım koşullarını ihlal etmek.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama'ya ait tüm görseller, sesler, kodlar, marka ve tasarımlar geliştiriciye aittir veya geliştirici tarafından lisanslanmıştır. Bu Sözleşme, Uygulama üzerinde herhangi bir mülkiyet hakkı devretmez. "Trafik Sucu Simulator" adı geliştiricinin markasıdır.

7. Yaş Sınırı ve İçerik

Uygulama tüm yaşlara uygun olarak tasarlanmıştır. İçerikte gerçek para kumarı, şiddet veya yetişkin içeriği bulunmamaktadır. Uygulama, İstanbul E-5 otoyolu temalı kurgusal bir simülasyondur ve gerçek kişi, kurum veya markaları temsil etmez.

8. Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Geliştirici, Uygulama'nın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını, belirli bir amaca uygunluğunu garanti etmez. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, geliştirici Uygulama'nın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuca bağlı zararlardan sorumlu değildir.

9. Sözleşmenin Sonlandırılması

Kullanıcı, Uygulama'yı cihazından silerek bu Sözleşme'yi istediği zaman sonlandırabilir. Geliştirici, Sözleşme'nin ihlali halinde lisansı geri alma hakkını saklı tutar.

10. Değişiklikler

Geliştirici, bu Sözleşme'yi önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır. Uygulama'yı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncellenmiş Sözleşme'yi kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

11. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Sözleşme'den doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

1. Parties and Acceptance

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the developer of the Trafik Sucu Simulator mobile application ("App") and the end user who downloads and uses the App ("User"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the App and remove it from your device.

2. License

The developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is limited to the copy of the App downloaded through the Apple App Store and is subject to App Store rules.

3. Pricing and Purchase

  • The App is offered as a one-time paid (premium) purchase via the Apple App Store.
  • The App contains no advertisements.
  • The App contains no in-app purchases (IAP).
  • Refund requests are subject to Apple App Store policies.

4. Data and Privacy

  • The App does not collect, store, or share personal information with third parties.
  • All game data (progress, settings, saves) is stored locally on the User's device only.
  • For Apple Game Center leaderboards and achievements, only the Game Center identifier is used; such data is owned by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
  • The App may use Firebase Analytics for crash reports and anonymous usage statistics; collected data is not personally identifiable.

5. User Obligations

The User agrees to use the App for lawful purposes only. The following are prohibited:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App's source code.
  • Copying, redistributing, selling, or renting the App.
  • Using cheats, automation tools, or similar means to manipulate game mechanics.
  • Violating Apple App Store terms of service.

6. Intellectual Property

All visuals, sounds, code, trademarks, and designs of the App belong to or are licensed by the developer. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights in the App. "Trafik Sucu Simulator" is a trademark of the developer.

7. Age Rating and Content

The App is designed to be suitable for all ages. It contains no real-money gambling, violence, or adult content. The App is a fictional simulation themed around the Istanbul E-5 highway and does not represent any real persons, institutions, or brands.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is". The developer does not warrant that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Termination

The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by removing the App from their device. The developer reserves the right to revoke the license in case of breach of this Agreement.

10. Changes

The developer reserves the right to update this Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement.
